Payments & Pricing
Payments Domestic: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders, Checks, Drafts, and Western Union wire transfers. Personal checks require a 7-day grace period for clearance. Checks and Drafts must be issued by a U.S. bank or credit union. For making payments through Western Union please contact us for instructions.
Payments International: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, and Western Union wire transfers on international orders. All payments must be made in U.S. funds. If you are ordering with a Visa or MasterCard, you do not need to make any currency conversions. Visa and MasterCard will automatically convert all currencies to U.S. funds. Sorry no Personal Checks on international orders. For making payments through Western Union please contact us for instructions.
On-line Listings: We reserve the right to make changes in our prices and/or selection of merchandise at any time and without prior notice.
We make every reasonable effort to insure the accuracy of our online catalog. Unfortunately, occasionally errors can and do occur. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate our customers in the event of an error. However, HowCool.com shall not be held liable for errors or omissions in pricing and/or availability.
Restocking and Early Cancellation Fees: Refunds for store credit are never charged restocking or cancellation fees. Returned items are never charged restocking fees. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any items which are canceled once they are ready to ship. Any orders or items canceled within the first 30 days will be subject to a 20% early cancellation fee.
Coupon discounts are excluded when determining fees.
Refunds: Refunds will be given by the same means as payment was made. Charge cards cannot be refunded by check. Refunds requested 6 months after order processing begins will be eligible for store credit only. Refunds requested before 6 months will be given in the same manner as the original payment was made.
