By choosing the Delivery warranty at checkout, HowCool.com will replace any shipments lost or damaged in transit from our warehouse.


*Delivery Warranty Fee*

- This fee is generally between 2%-8% of the item subtotal before discounts. This fee is based on the risk of loss or damage while in transit to each country. This fee will adjust if items are added or canceled from your order.

- The Delivery Warranty can be added or removed from your order at any time before your first shipment. After an item ships from your order, this fee cannot be removed. Orders canceled before shipment will be reimbursed this fee.


*Delivery Warranty Claims*

- Claims can only be filed for items which have shipped.

- Claims can be filed with HowCool.com for lost shipments after 30 days from the date your package was shipped from our warehouse. To file a claim, please open a ticket. Please include in your ticket the Order Number and shipping date of the shipment which has not been received.

- Once your claim has been approved, we will reorder the items lost or damaged and generally reship your replacement items by UPS Ground for domestic orders and parcel post or priority mail for international orders. We reserve the the right to make substitutions of the shipping method.

- Occasionally, items lost or damaged cannot be replaced due to lack of availability. If this happens, we will issue store credit for the amount originally paid for the item(s) which are no longer available. This credit is non-refundable. You can use the credit from unavailable items for items of equal or lesser value or use the credit on future orders with HowCool.com.

- Replacement items, once received may be returned for store credit only. Please review our Returns policy details regarding acceptable returns and procedure.

- Please notify HowCool.com if your original package arrives before your replacement ships.

- If you received your original shipment after receiving your replacement items, please notify HowCool.com so your original shipment may be returned to us. We will reimburse the cost to return this shipment to us.
