Shipping & Returns

Free Shipping free shipping is available on all orders $50 and above that are being shipped within the continental U.S. Our free shipping offer is not available outside the continental United States (the lower 48 states). International orders are not eligible for free shipping. Our free shipping offer may not be combined with promotional codes or other discounts.

All In-stock items are normally ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Occasionally, there are inventory inaccuracies. In this event, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks.

Special order items usually take 1-2 weeks to ship. From time to time, our vendors will run out of stock on an item. If this happens, we will continue to reorder the back ordered item until it becomes available. If the customer prefers to provide us with a substitution or cancel the back ordered items, we will gladly fulfill their request.

We have over 10 years experience shipping world wide. Shipping rates are determined by weight and location. You can easily calculate shipping costs by adding items to your shopping cart and entering your location information at the bottom of the shopping cart for a quick rate quote.

We offer shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS) to anyone, anywhere. We also offer United Parcel Service (UPS) anywhere in the United States.

We also offer split shipments. You can select this option during checkout.

Split shipments are for orders that have both in-stock and special order items. You can choose to have one shipment or two separate shipments. Separate shipments may incur additional shipping charges.

Single shipments may require additional time before shipment if the order includes special order items.

We do offer you rush shipping. The price and availability of rush shipping varies upon many factors. It is better to contact customer service regarding rush shipping. We will make every effort to make sure you receive your parcel on time. However, rush shipping is not guaranteed to be on time. Under no circumstances will we refund the cost of overnight, 2 day, 3 day or other rush shipping methods.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for up to 365 days from the original purchase date. Merchandise must be unworn, and in the original undamaged packaging.

Unworn Merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags and is in the original packaging (if any). Returns will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was received.

We ask that you request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before returning your items. To request an RMA number simply email us at Please include your order number, items to be returned, and the reason for return. Once you receive your RMA number it must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel. Do not write the RMA number on the items packaging. If you write your RMA on the shoe’s box, the item’s packaging will be considered damaged and may void your returns eligibility.

What cannot be returned:
No returns will be accepted after 365 days of receipt.
Items of an intimate nature cannot be returned, unless still in a sealed unopened package.
Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
Items with damaged packaging cannot be returned.
Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned.

Intimate Apparel: If in normal wear the merchandise comes in contact with the genital area. For example, panties and pantyhose are considered intimate apparel. However, panties and pantyhose are not the only items considered intimate apparel.

Please Note: We are authorized to charge a $7.00 damaged box fee for any shoe box that is written on, taped-up, or used as a shipping box. Items and their packaging must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

We'll also accept returns of incorrect or defective merchandise that meets the guidelines below.

Defective Merchandise: Includes any item that does not perform as expected or exhibits damage not associated with normal wear. Does not include items that are the wrong size, color, or style.

Incorrect Merchandise: Contact us via email or by phone if you received an item that is different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered.

Returns for refund: Return shipments must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of original shipment. Return shipments postmarked after this date will be eligible for store credit only.

Returns for exchange or store credit: Must be made within 365 days of receipt. All shipping charges for exchange on international orders must be paid by the returnee including the cost to reship replacement items.

Shipping charges to reship back to you on US orders: We will reship back to you, without charge, any exchange for a different size. If your exchange is for a different style or color, you will be required to pay our standard domestic shipping charge to reship back to you.

Shipping charges to return merchandise on US orders: All shipping charges for returned merchandise must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges for returning merchandise unless the merchandise was received in error or is defective. Under no circumstances will we reimburse the cost of overnight, 2 day, 3 day, or any other rush shipping method.

Restocking and Early Cancellation Fees: Refunds for store credit are never charged restocking or cancellation fees. Returned items are never charged restocking fees. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any items which are canceled once they are ready to ship. Any orders or items canceled within the first 30 days will be subject to a 20% early cancellation fee.
Coupon discounts are excluded when determining fees.

Refunds: Refunds will be given by the same means as payment was made. Charge cards cannot be refunded by check. Refunds requested 6 months after order processing begins will be eligible for store credit only. Refunds requested before 6 months will be given in the same manner as the original payment was made.
